Congregational Update: 11/10/2023

Dear Church Family,

This Sunday, November 12th, 
  • Stewardship Sunday, We will have a surprise guest preacher that you will enjoy, and after worship we will have cheese cake, crackers and cheese, nuts, and Caribou Coffee. This will be a freewill fundraiser for our youth.
  • 10am Sunday School, and the Choir in the balcony.
  • Please join us and invite others!

NEW MEMBER CLASSES WILL CONTINUE this Sunday after worship. Please invite people to be a part of our church family.

Wednesday, November 15th
  • 5:15pm Youth Handbells
  • 5:30pm SUPPER for youth/families
  • 6-7pm Youth Program/Christmas Program Practice for kids k-12; Confirmation, and Hi League with Liz.

Thursday, Nov. 16th 
  • 8am Bible Study 
  • 8:30am Quilters 9:30am Ruth Circle

THE NORTHWOODS HOMELESS SHELTER CHILI FEED will be held on Saturday, November 18th, from 4:30-6:30pm at St. Joseph Catholic Church. There will also be a Silent Auction with something for everyone! Dine In or Take Out, Freewill Offering
THE MENOMONIE SINGERS presents a fall concert "Empowerment" at 2pm on Saturday, November 11, at First Lutheran Church in New Richmond, and on Sunday, November 12th at 2pm at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Menomonie. Suggested donation $10 each.
ATTENTION LEFSE MAKERS! Lake Wapo Bible Camp is looking for volunteers to make lefse for their Dinner Theater. If you are interested and can help, please call Kathy Christenson at 715-554-3655. They will need lots of lefse for all the performances!
SALVATION ARMY RED KETTLE BELL RINGING!!  Ringers are desperately needed! Register now to ring bells for the Salvation Army from November 16th-December 23rd. Go to Register to Ring or call Patty Gallaty at 715-554-4928. There is a special need for ringers the week of Thanksgiving.
